1995 Hatteras Motor Yacht

Fort Lauderdale, Florida

$5,250,000

NEW PHOTOGRAPHY COMING SOON!

In 2021 when current owner was upgrading from his 108 M/Y, he and the listing broker made an exhaustive search from coast to coast.  They found the perfect scenario;  A serious Pacific NW Yachtsman who cruised on his yacht to Alaska for less than 3 months a year.  The other 9 months the boat laid in an undercover boat house in Seattle’s fresh water Lake Union.  For those 9 months he did nothing but upgrade and improve the yacht with countless new systems inside and out - she was painted, clear coated and perhaps her outstanding feature is her engine room. She has the standard five cabin arrangement found in a 40 meter Tri-Deck but sports a brand new interior from the Fall of 2024.  The FB layout was dramatically improved under the current ownership with improved access, a walk behind bar and a spa tub. Chartered a handful of times by her present owner, she represents a ready to go yacht for personal or charter use.

Comments
