Exterior Forward and Side Decks:

• Superstructure- repaired all blemishes
• Boarding- added custom boarding ladder with teak rails. Also added removable boarding platform (Marquipt)
• Anchor- changed anchor to Stainless Steel Danforth. Added custom made snubber to match deck lines.
• Deck Hatches - Made new anchor hatches with teak surface to match existing deck. Repaired round deck hatch closure
• Teak Decks: sanded, caulking repair, bleach and oiled. Completely restored.New caulking around deck to gunnels.
• Seating- New foam and reupholster all forward deck cushions and bolsters.
• Deck Lights- Removed all exterior halogen deck lights and replaced with IMTRA sealed warm white LED’s.
• Forward Storage lockers- Repaired chips and cracks, painted, made water tight and installed SnapDeck
• Shore Power- purchased 2 x 50’ x 50 amp power cords and installed new head on 3rd power cord.
• Galley Hatch – Replaced seal. Made water tight
• Cap Rail- Took entire cap rail down to bare teak and refinished with 10 coats of varnish and 2 coats of Awl-wood. Re-caulked all joints.

Aft Deck:

• Aft Table- Remove, sand, refinish. Made watertight cover.
• Aft Deck- new cockpit frig compressor
• Cushions- New foam and recovered with Premium Sunbrella
• Seating- Added new Serena & Lily Teak deck chairs
• Capstans- Removed and serviced
• Lighting- Replaced all overhead lighting with IMTRA sealed LED warm white lights. Added dimmer controls
• Entertainment- New Samsung Smart TV with DirecTv. Added new sound
• Stairs-refinished teak steps to flybridge.
• Storage- Repaired, cleaned, painted as needed and installed SnapDeck. Tested all drainage lines.
• Wind Screen- Added new heavy grade acrylic wind block.
• Safety- Added automatic electrostatic EPIRB and two extra throw bags. Also added two accidental swimmer devices.

Lazarette/Tender Garage:

• Equipment- Installed new dry bilge in lazarette.
• Hydraulics- Changed trim tab hydraulic lines
• Glendenning Cable-master- Installed two new 75’ 50 amp cables and power heads. Installed two new rubber roller kits. Installed two new auto stop-sensors
• Water- Installed new swim-step shower fixture and thermostat. Installed quick release fixtures.
• Structure- Re-enforced grab rails on stairs.
• Lighting- Replaced underwater lights.
• Tender Garage- Repaired and replace tires and inner tubes for tender launch. Removed, repaired, re-enforced and reconnected tender rollers.

Tender/RIB

• Yamaha- Replaced cracked cowling. Serviced motor.
• Decks- Installed teak decks on RIB.
• Safety- Installed fire extinguisher, flare kit, anchor and accidental swimmer device.

Main Deck Salon:

• Sliding Doors- Removed, aligned repaired and added circuit breaker. Repaired and replaced locking mechanism for sliding doors.
• Entry- Added decorative base.
• Soft goods- Replaced door coverings. Removed all roman shades and installed new contemporary cordless pleated window coverings. Removed and replaced all sofa foam and coverings with memory foam, down feather and poly-fill.
• Flooring- Installed custom sisal carpets. Installed custom Sunbrella area rug covers.
• Insulation- Removed all interior furniture and added sound and temperature deadening insulation.
• Entertainment- Installed new Samsung Smart LED TV, Apple TV, DirectTv, Surround sound system and power amp/background music system. All entertainment system on APC UPS backup for consistency during switch from shore to generator. Ubiquity Wireless access point.
• Electric- Added 110v outlets. Added USB charging for cell phone to all 110V outlets
• Lighting- Removed all Halogen lighting. Replaced with IMTRA sealed LED warm white lighting. Added dimer controls to all lights. Replaced all old rope lighting with new warm white IMTRA LED rope lighting. Added dimmer modules to rope lighting.
• Woodwork- Removed cherry from valance and other locations and replaced with custom leatherette.
• Cabinetry- Replaced all cabinetry hardware with leather pulls.
• Table- Replaced wood table with white Carrera Marble.
• Chairs-New white leather chairs.

Galley:

• Counters- New Vadara White Serena Bianco counters..
• Appliances- Replaced all refrigeration with TRUE commercial stainless steel. New GE induction burner cooktop. New GE microwave/convection oven. New commercial stainless steel sink. New Grohe kitchen faucets, soap dispenser and water purifier.
• Flooring- New flooring.
• Lighting- New IMTRA sealed warm white LED with dimmer module

Day Head:

• Toilet- New Raritan Atlantis electric toilet.
• Counters- New Vadara White Serena Bianco counters.
• Fixtures- New Grohe polished chrome fixtures
• Flooring- New flooring
• Lighting- New IMTRA sealed warm white LED lighting.

Pilothouse:

• Soft Goods- New dinette seating with new memory foam, down and poly-fill.
• Electronics- New ICOM VHF with AIS on NMEA network. New APC UPS backup for Wifi network, wireless router, wireless access point and Cradle Point back-up. Vessel has ultra strong wireless antenna and Cradle Point with two SIM cards to receive internet connection up to 20 miles offshore. Built docking station for 5 back-up handheld VHF radios, emergency spotlight and flashlights

Owner Stateroom:

• Soft goods- New custom headboard. New Couch. New custom mattress. New window coverings. All new headliners around portholes. Remove, clean, re-caulk and replace rubber seals/gaskets.

• Cabinetry- Made two new under bunk cabinets

Owner Bathroom:
